es pizza co. was established by Chef Eiichi Kohno by stanza foods in 2024.

Stanza Foods originally started as a manufactured company of Black garlic

(fermented garlic) product in 2018.

"es" is from "S" in Stanza(Stanza means ‘connecting’ in Japanese and 'House' in Italian)
I named this for spreading happiness, growing relationships in the community and connecting all of the people like gathering all in house of es pizza co. and make all them happy and smile.
This es pizza co. project was inspired by the philosophy of Anthony Mangieri(UNA Pizza Napolitana) and I desired to establish the project of my own Natural Leavened Neapolitan pizza to support the local community with my 20 years of culinary experience as a chef.
Using the 100% natural leavened pizza dough(no commercial yeast) for all of my Pizzas which makes healthier and a lot of beneficial functions of digestion for you.
As so I determined to put all of my effort and life for facing and challenging to create the one of the best Neapolitan Style Pizza in the greater Vancouver area to make you all happy.
